Mario Firmstone, is the company CEO and lead trainer. Mario has been involved in the Security Industry since 1999.
He holds a B.A Degree in Psychology. He underwent training with Special forces operatives in his (Private Capacity). He is a former member of the South African Police Service (SAPS)of which he had extensive training in Tactical weapons. He is fluent in German. He is a registered Bodyguard and offers training in VIP Protection( Private) He is also a weapons expert and offers training in all small arms. He is an Assessor and Moderator and has full accreditation with SASSETA for various security training.

John Roberto Philander, is one of the lead facilitators/instructors
Former Military (SADF), infantry division He brings along years of experience in security. He is an Assessor, Moderator & programme designer. He is also responsible for weapons training, C.P.O and other Skills related training programmes. John’s main focus is to facilitate various training. He is also accredited with SASSETA and Psira. -
